Direct-Bury
Jacketed Primary Pipe The primary
fuel pipe is jacketed with a secondary containment
cover fro direct-bury applications.
Retractable
Primary Pipe inside Crush Resistant Access Pipe The crush resistant access
pipe protects the primary pipe from backfill, provides
and added layer of containment protection and allows
primary pipe retractability for quick and easy inspections,
repair or replacement without costly excavation.
Retractable,
Jacketed Primary Pipe inside Crush Resistant Access
Pipe While
maintaining all the benefits of the standard primary
pipe/access pipe configuration, the jacketed primary
pipe can be installed inside the unique double-wall
corrugated access pipe to create the ultimate in
containment protection.
CONTAINMENT
SUMPS & PANS
*
Long-Term Watertight Performance/Strength
& Rigidity - one piece
polyethylene design reliable watertight integrity
and long
product life. Designed to resist deformation under
burial and high water table forces.
* Light Color - preserves
rigidity in sunlight prior to backfilling ands provides
maximum visibility inside containment chamber after
installation.
* Installation Flexibility
- multiple flats provide maximum pipe entry locations.
* Easy Field-Height
Adjustability - the special ribbed height adjustment
design makes adjustments to finished grade, if necessary,
quick and easy.
*
Base Design Facilitates Leak Detection - the sump
base is sloped to an outer collection channel -
sensors placed anywhere in the channel
quickly identify a product leak.
* Watertight Design
- an integral "rain lip" protrudes into
the dispenser base to keep surface water out.
* Superior Structural
Strength - made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel
for strength and rigidity. One piece
construction eliminates point corrosion.
* Exact Dispenser Fit
- custom designed to match exact dispenser footprint.
ENTRY
FITTINGS
Available in three
varieties: *
Bolted Flange Flex Seal - a watertight seal is created
as the nuts pull an encased studded ring tightly
against the sump wall. *
Conical Seal - A massive sealing force develops
between the fitting cone and the inside diameter
of the sump entry hole as the bulkhead fitting nut
is tightened. *
Face Seal - The bulkhead nut draws the encapsulated
face seal against
the sump wall by threading on from inside the sump.
